2. Purpose of the website

vegasmat.com is the corporate website of Vegasmat, the line of Textura Decoración S.L. that manufactures custom logo mats for businesses. It presents our models, the sectors we work in and the projects we have completed, and lets interested companies contact us or request a quote.

The website does not sell online: orders are agreed separately, on the basis of an accepted quote.

3. Conditions of use

Access to the website is free of charge, apart from each user’s own internet connection costs. Browsing it means you accept this legal notice; if you do not agree with it, please do not use the website.

You agree to use the website and its content in accordance with the law, good faith and this legal notice. In particular, you must not:

  • introduce or spread viruses or any other harmful code;
  • attempt to access the administration panel or other restricted areas, or other people’s data;
  • send false data through the forms, third-party data without their authorisation, or unsolicited advertising;
  • reproduce, copy or distribute the content beyond what is allowed in the intellectual and industrial property section.

The owner may block access to the website for anyone who breaches these conditions.

4. Security measures

The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and its administration area can only be accessed by authorised Vegasmat staff, with a username and password.

Even so, no system connected to the internet is completely secure, so the owner cannot guarantee the absence of viruses or other harmful elements introduced by third parties. We recommend keeping your browser and antivirus up to date.

5. Processing of personal data

The personal data you send us through the contact and quote forms are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

6. Content

The content of the website (models, technical specifications, project photographs and texts) is for information purposes. The specifications come from the official technical data sheets of each model, and the colours in the photographs may vary slightly depending on your screen.

The website does not publish prices and is not a binding offer: the terms of each order are those of the accepted quote.

The owner may modify, update or remove content, and change the design and configuration of the website, at any time and without prior notice.

7. Cookie policy

This website does not use its own cookies, nor analytics or advertising cookies. To work, it stores some technical data in your browser —the language you choose and, temporarily, what you type in a form—, which are exempt from consent under article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE.

8. Links to other websites

The website includes links to third-party sites, such as Vegasmat’s social networks, Google Maps or browser help pages. The owner does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy and cookie policies, which we recommend you review.

If we became actually aware that a linked site contains unlawful information, we would remove the link promptly, as provided in article 17 of the LSSI-CE.

You may link to this website from another site without asking for permission, provided you do not reproduce its content, do not suggest a relationship with the owner that does not exist and do not discredit the brand.

9. Intellectual and industrial property

The content of the website —texts, photographs, graphic design, source code, and the Vegasmat name and logo— belongs to Textura Decoración S.L. or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by the Spanish Intellectual Property Act (Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996) and Trade Marks Act (Law 17/2001).

Its reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, in whole or in part, is not allowed without the owner’s written authorisation, except for personal and private use.

The customer brands and logos shown in project photographs belong to their owners. They are shown only as examples of work carried out by Vegasmat and their presence grants no rights over them.

10. Limitation of liability

The owner is not liable for:

  • interruptions, errors or technical failures of the website, or its unavailability due to maintenance or external causes;
  • damage arising from users’ improper use of the website;
  • the content of third-party sites linked from the website;
  • decisions made solely on the basis of the general information on the website, without the corresponding quote.

This limitation applies to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute concerning the use of the website shall be submitted to the Courts of Murcia (Spain), unless the law mandatorily provides for a different jurisdiction; in particular, if the claimant is a consumer, the courts of their place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
