Do you make the mats yourselves?
Yes. We make them ourselves: we print with Chromojet technology on polyamide 6 fibre, mount it on an NBR rubber backing and finish the edges.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We make anything from a single mat to large production runs for chains, events or teams, with special rates for volume.
How long does a custom mat take?
The usual lead time is 15 to 19 days from when you approve the digital proof. If you have a fixed date, tell us when you request a quote.
What logo file do you need?
Ideally a vector PDF, EPS, AI or high-resolution JPG. If you don’t have one, send us whatever you have and we’ll vectorise it at no extra cost. More details in our guide how to prepare your logo.
Which mat model is right for me?
It depends on the traffic and the use: A3 for long runs, A5 for general use, A6 for heavy traffic and A8 as the premium range with 60 °C washing. Our guide to choosing a model sums it up in four scenarios.
